If you are experiencing problems with your Stanley appliance and it is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty, an approved Stanley engineer can attend to repair your appliance.

IN WARRANTY
If you are experiencing problems with your Stanley appliance and it is still within its manufacturer’s warranty, please forward the following details to service@waterfordstanley.com and a member of our service department will respond to your query:
- Name
- Address where appliance is installed
- Contact Telephone Number
- Product Serial Number – This is a 10 digit number on a silver sticker which is fixed to both the front cover of the instruction manual & on the front plate of the cooker underneath the main oven opening (open main oven door to view same)
- Purchase Date
- Nature of Fault/Issue
