IN WARRANTY

If you are experiencing problems with your Rangemaster appliance and it is still within its manufacturer’s warranty, please forward the following details to service@waterfordstanley.com and a member of our service department will respond to your query:

• Name
• Address where appliance is installed
• Contact Telephone Number
• Product Serial Number – This is a 10 digit number on a silver sticker which is fixed to both the front cover of the instruction manual & on the front plate of the cooker underneath the main oven opening (open main oven door to view same)
• Purchase Date
• Nature of Fault/Issue
